Laundromat FAQ
Atlas Fresh Laundry is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Last wash is at 7:00 p.m.
We are a coin laundry. Our machines start up with quarters. We have change machines on site if you need change.
Yes, we have 60 pound machines for large, bulky items like comforters and sleeping bags.
Our laundromat is fully attended. That means that there is always someone available to answer any questions or offer a helping hand.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can leave your clothes with one of our friendly attendants any time between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
There is a 10 pound minimum order for wash and fold.
Your clean, fresh clothes will be ready for you to pick up in 24 hours. You will receive a text message when your clothes are ready for pick up.
Our standard wash is done with the highly rated Kirkland brand detergent. Our premium service offers your choice of: Gain, Tide, All Free & Clear, Ariel, Downy, Snuggle and Suavitel.
No, we never wash your laundry with any other customer's. We know that this leads to cross contamination and mix ups.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery laundry service on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
There is a 20 pound minimum for pickup and delivery orders.
Your clean clothes are returned to you in 48 hours. Friday pickups are returned on Monday.
No, you don't need to be home to use our service. When you place your order, please put in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it.
Simply click on the Schedule a Pickup button to get started. It usually takes less than 2 minutes to sign up.
When you place your order there is a section called Preferences. You can let us know here if you have any specific laundry instructions.
You do not! You can cancel your service at any time.
We ask for your credit card information when you schedule your pickup. Your card will not be charged until your laundry order is complete.
We suggest putting your dirty laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that can be cinched closed.
You can always log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
